Requests for cancellation must be received in writing by Friday, April 23, 2021, to be granted a refund, less a $50 administration fee. After that date no refunds will be issued and no invoices will be cancelled (if unpaid). If you are unable to attend, you may substitute someone in your place. All cancellation and substitution requests must be submitted in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be processed after the event.
